CBRE Kansas City is a project we proudly completed at the American Century Towers in Kansas City, MO. This project encompasses the entire 16th floor of one of the towers, designed to highlight CBRE’s commitment to cutting-edge workplace technology and innovation for both employees and clients.
The space is tailored to support a hybrid work model, providing employees the flexibility to choose any open office seat instead of being confined to assigned desks. This modern setup includes advanced technology in conference and huddle rooms, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Additionally, the design features sleek wood paneling, stylish wall coverings, an operable sliding glass partition wall, and multiple built-in seating areas, all contributing to a sophisticated and functional workspace.
“Working with the CBRE and American Century teams is always a pleasure. Their passion for their space and building is evident. This project involved multiple parties and scopes, and it was impressive to see how well everyone communicated and respected each other. I truly enjoyed collaborating with them to create such an impressive space.” - Jeff Tuter, Superintendent with Nexus 5 Group
"Partnering with CBRE and American Century is always an enjoyable experience. From estimating to witnessing renderings come to life, it's incredibly rewarding to be part of bringing visions into reality." - Brent Hastings, Project Manager with Nexus 5 Group
