Agilix Office TI

Agilix Solutions completed an 8,250 SF office and 88,254 SF industrial warehouse renovation, both interior and exterior, in Lenexa, KS. Interior scopes for this project included new flooring, concrete polishing, acoustical ceilings, fire sprinkler modifications, conference room glass, electrical, HVAC modifications, and warehouse dock door and leveler modifications. Site work included new concrete ramp, ADA modifications, asphalt seal and stripe, new irrigation system, and landscaping.
