Nexus 5 Group performed the role of the owner's representative for the initial due diligence, renovation scope and budget. Nexus 5 Group also performed the role of general contractor for the exterior renovation. Exterior renovation scope included dry rot and painting of all buildings, concrete replacement, fire restoration, HVAC Replacements, dog park upgrades, new covered mailbox area, and new large storage building.
