Park At Forest Hill 2021 CI

Nexus 5 Group performed the role of the owner's representative for the initial due diligence, renovation scope and budget. Nexus 5 Group also performed the role of general contractor for the exterior and interior renovation. The interior scope included 200 interior unit renovations and a model unit addition complete with several upgrades. The exterior scope included upgrades to the pet park, property wide stair repairs, an outdoor kitchen addition with two barbeque grills, full size smoker with branding, a branded concrete corn hole and ping pong table.
