Nexus 5 Group performed the role of the owner's representative for the initial due diligence, renovation scope and budget. Nexus 5 Group also performed the role of general contractor for the exterior and interior property improvements. Upgrades include exterior painting, bicycle check out room, dog wash installation, fitness center remodel, outdoor kitchen and pergola added to the pool deck, new pet park, private pet yards, outdoor parcel locker, and community garden addition.
