Smart Warehousing, a 22,130 square foot new tenant improvement project situated on the second floor of the Edison District building in downtown Overland Park, KS. Executed in two phases, this space includes a reception area featuring several unique design pieces and a large, stunning chandelier. Other scopes included new casework, polished concrete, doors and hardware, flooring, painting, specialty ceilings, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
