Summit Pizza Indep TI

Summit Pizza renovated three spaces to create one 5,500 square foot restaurant. This project required a full demolition and renovation of the existing space. Some of the scopes of work included a new fire line to service the new fire sprinkler system, all new underground plumbing, new grease interceptor, all new partitions, ceilings, painting, new bar, and full kitchen.
