Nexus 5 Group performed the role of general contractor for the exterior and interior renovation. The scope included an interior renovation of 96 units and an exterior renovation of the property. Interior renovation scope included kitchen remodel, new flooring, full interior paint, new doors and bathroom upgrades. Exterior renovation scope included new siding, window replacement, stairs upgrades and landscaping improvements.
