The Orchards 2021 CI

Nexus 5 Group performed the role of general contractor for the exterior and interior property improvements. The project involved multiple scopes of work including a full reroof of 12 buildings and 9 carports, entire property asphalt mill and overlay, new concrete at the mail center, kitchen cabinets and flooring replacements in 88 occupied units, 88 entry door replacements, pool resurfacing, installation of an ADA ramp, and the construction of a carport.
